An appropriate title.

Last night was both a great win for me, also a lose and a draw all at the same time in retrospect.

After deciding, and getting the drive, I've begun drawing again with a zealot's zeal. Yes, it was one picture and it was NiGHTS fan art and yes, a new type of, I doubt one could call it style but it does combine a type of Cubism and slight Art Deco influences with the art I already do. I plan on doing more, yay! However, this is where the Lose comes in...

My All-in-One is over five years old and since I live in a light industrial area with plenty of dust of grime (A cement works across the street and a football field away plus a heavy traffic railroad track running right along side my flat building. To add insult to injury, there's a brick works and light steel mill within a mile from me) making almost all of my electronics brittle and needing weekly cleanings of dust (the dust 'bunnies' in my computer are more along the lines of something from Fallout 3.) Saying this, the nearly misused "printer" aspect of my All-in-One now has no guide for my data strip and needs to be, mercifully, disposed of. Weather or not to be refurbished or simply thrown out to add to a landfill, it's useless to me now.

Since my All-in-One is half a decade old (it's a Lexmark x5250) it gives me an excuse to get a newer, albeit cheaper, All-in-one! I know that I can never get a All-in-One bigger than A4 size without going to just a scanner but if it wasn't for my family needing the scan and print capabilities, I would have just looked for a flatbed scanner.
For those who are curious, and to just put it up for the hell of it, I have my eye on a HP Photosmart All-In-One Printer. Model C4680. I have to know if anyone knows of it and if it's good.
